1) Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

Tài khoản: email, tên hiển thị.

Sign in with Apple: chúng tôi lưu Apple User ID (sub) và email (nếu bạn cho phép hoặc dùng Hide My Email).

Google Sign-In: chúng tôi lưu email và tên hiển thị từ Google.

Chúng tôi không nhận/ghi mật khẩu Apple hoặc Google.

Thiết bị: tên thiết bị, ID thiết bị, MQTT topic, trạng thái cơ bản (mở/đóng), phiên bản firmware –
chỉ để điều khiển và hiển thị trong ứng dụng.

Quyền trên thiết bị (xử lý cục bộ trên máy):

• Camera: chỉ để quét QR khi thêm/cấu hình thiết bị (không tải hình ảnh lên máy chủ).
• Bluetooth: ghép nối/kết nối và điều khiển thiết bị.
• Vị trí: chỉ khi hệ điều hành yêu cầu để hỗ trợ đọc thông tin Wi-Fi khi cấu hình;
  không gửi vị trí lên máy chủ.

Chẩn đoán: nhật ký lỗi/crash (nếu có) nhằm sửa lỗi và cải thiện ổn định.

2) Mục đích sử dụng

• Xác thực đăng nhập, quản lý tài khoản.
• Điều khiển thiết bị, đồng bộ danh sách thiết bị, cập nhật OTA/firmware.
• Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật, bảo mật hệ thống, tuân thủ quy định pháp luật.

3) Chia sẻ dữ liệu

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân và không sử dụng quảng cáo hành vi hay theo dõi bạn trên ứng dụng/website khác.

Dữ liệu có thể được xử lý bởi các đơn vị cung cấp dịch vụ dưới các cam kết bảo mật cần thiết, gồm:
hạ tầng máy chủ/MQTT của Vestek, Apple (Sign in with Apple, APNs), Google (Google Sign-In), dịch vụ gửi email.
Các bên này chỉ nhận dữ liệu tối thiểu để vận hành dịch vụ.

4) Lưu trữ & bảo mật

Dữ liệu được lưu đến khi bạn xoá tài khoản hoặc yêu cầu xoá. Bản sao lưu hệ thống có thể tồn tại tối đa 30 ngày.

Chúng tôi áp dụng mã hoá khi truyền tải và kiểm soát truy cập nội bộ.

5) Quyền của bạn

Bạn có thể truy cập, sửa, tải xuống hoặc yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu cá nhân.

Xoá tài khoản: trong ứng dụng → nhấn icon cá nhân → Trang cá nhân →
“Xoá tài khoản” (màu đỏ) và xác nhận. Chúng tôi sẽ xử lý xoá dữ liệu trong vòng 7 ngày;
mã đăng nhập (token) sẽ bị thu hồi.

Bạn cũng có thể gửi yêu cầu qua smartvestek@gmail.com.

Với Sign in with Apple, bạn có thể thu hồi quyền trong phần cài đặt Apple ID.

6) Trẻ em

Dịch vụ không dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.

7) Thay đổi

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách; ngày hiệu lực được hiển thị ở đầu trang.
Nếu thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo trong ứng dụng hoặc qua email khi phù hợp.

1) Data We Collect

Account: email address and display name.

Sign in with Apple: we store your Apple User ID (sub) and email
(if you grant it or use Hide My Email).

Google Sign-In: we store your email and display name.

We do not receive or store your Apple/Google passwords.

Device data: device name, device ID, MQTT topic, basic state (open/close),
and firmware version—used only for control and display in the app.

On-device permissions (processed locally):

• Camera: QR scanning when adding/configuring devices (images are not uploaded).
• Bluetooth: pairing/connecting and controlling devices.
• Location: only when required by the OS to assist Wi-Fi provisioning;
  not sent to our servers.

Diagnostics: crash/error logs (if any) to fix bugs and improve stability.

2) How We Use Data

• Authenticate and manage your account.
• Control devices, sync your device list, and perform OTA/firmware updates.
• Provide support, secure our services, and comply with legal requirements.

3) Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal data and we do not use behavioral advertising or track you across other apps/websites.

We may use service providers under confidentiality obligations—for infrastructure/MQTT hosting,
Apple (Sign in with Apple, APNs), Google (Google Sign-In), and email delivery.
They receive only the minimum necessary data.

4) Storage & Security

We keep data until you delete your account or ask us to delete it. System backups may persist for up to 30 days.

We use encryption in transit and internal access controls.

5) Your Rights

You can access, correct, download, or delete your personal data.

Delete account: In the app → tap your profile icon → Profile page →
“Delete account” (red) and confirm. We revoke login tokens and complete deletion within 7 days.

For Sign in with Apple, you can also revoke access in your Apple ID settings.

6) Children

Our services are not intended for children under 13.

7) Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date appears at the top. For material changes,
we will notify you in-app or by email where appropriate.
